I watch a good amount of house flipping shows. I am always interested in how people redo a home that is just ugly into something that looks fabulous. I work on my own home when I have the time and I love to get new ideas from watching shows like Flip that house, Flip this house, Property ladder and more. I noticed that a lot of people will stage their home for selling purposes. I just always want to know how much it costs to stage a home and where all the furniture comes from and so on. I searched online and found that there are a ton of websites that want to teach you how to be a home stager, but I did notice that the sites that actually do the staging seem to charge a monthly fee, some are $1000 per month and more. I think the home buyer can opt to buy the furniture too, which is great for the furniture company. I personally would rather have no furniture at all in a home when I am looking at it, but I think that I am the exception.
We have a condo for sale by owner in Cape Cape Mass. This condo is setup like a duplex, so you only have one neighbor attached to you. This 120 square foot condo has hardwood floors, tile bathrooms, carpeted bedrooms and a great side yard.
