Using StumbleUpon I found this great video of an “Elevator Disco” It’s a full page flash video showing a young women waiting for an elevator.
When the doors open a full fledged disco is happening inside complete with light, sounds and several disco dancers. Slightly embarrassed the women steps aside and opens another door (most likely to take the stairs instead).

 1. The first keyword research tool comes from SEO Book dot com and offers a database that is based on all the other top keyword databases such as Overture/Yahoo, Google and WordTracker. The great thing about SEO Book’s Tool is that it combines all these separate tools into one, and provides additional data in the results such as links to Google services like Trends, Estimator, and Suggest. These additional tools and fast speed really set this tool out from the others.

I am on the Atkins low carb diet at this time and it is a very hard diet to do when you love food as much as I do. I am not a big person, I am just looking to lose about 15-20 lbs. I had a baby about 1 year ago and the fat is still hanging on for dear life. The diet does work, which is the best part, because I am pretty much guaranteed to lose the weight I want to in a short amount of time, but all I can eat is fish, meat, most veggies, cheese, eggs and that’s about it.
So, it’s not easy to snack on something unless you want to much on some olives or a mozzarella stick, and I don’t even like olives. I eat a lot of cheese sticks throughout the day and eggs. It is very boring. But I just keep thinking about how good I will look when I am done with the diet. I have to try to not think about food or I get upset that I can’t eat it.
